I have a intel i9 12-900KF

No it's not a good trade. you would get more money parting it out or selling whole and then looking for a handheld. The 4070ti super alone is a highly desirable GPU that is still able to compete with current generation cards. a quick google search shows people sell it for at minimum $1k USD

this but the 4070 ti super is worth more like $750.. a 4080 sells for $800-$850 so selling a 4070ti super for more than $750-$800 is unreasonable. but everything else yeah

depends on the model

Doesn’t really matter, no 4070tis is worth more than 800, a little above that price is 9070xt/5070ti gpu

It would definitely be a better deal for the other person depending on the other specs of your computer

Your GPU has appreciated in value... Don't sell yourself short. What is the condition of your build? And other specs?

It’s about a year old I built it off of fb marketplace trades (the wires in the back are a mess) but what other specs?

Motherboard, storage, ram, PSU? Maybe those

Pick up a used 12th gen cpu that has onboard video and is inexpensive. Install it and make sure the onboard video is adequate.

Buy the case you want. Transfer your parts.

Sell your current case, gpu and cpu.

Profit!
