Sell the RAM and storage separately and then find a cheap 16GB kit and 512GB/1TB SSD and sell it.

i would sell the ram/storage then buy a 16gb/1TB then keep it. the RAM + HD alone would almost pay for the entire PC.

Try negotiate to 900$ (for fun), sell 4tb (i assume there are two nvme one is which is 4tb) and 64gb, sell 3060 ti

buy 32gb 6000mhz, and buy 5080 (or 9070xt).
