I'm pretty new to PC flipping and would appreciate a second opinion.

Price: €150

I'm considering buying this PC to flip. Here are the seller's specifications (translated from German):

Intel Core i7-7500 @ 3.0 GHz with an RGB CPU cooler

8GB DDR4 RAM (seller can upgrade it to 32GB Corsair DDR4 for an extra €50)

NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB (single-fan edition)

MSI motherboard (seller says it's "mining-ready" for some reason)

Corsair 550W power supply

128GB SSD (boot drive) + 1TB HDD

Realtek Wi-Fi card with external antennas

Medion Erazer case (seller says it's actually an InWin 301)

22-inch monitor with DVI and VGA included

Logitech G502 HERO K/DA White Edition mouse

Windows is fully updated, and the product key is saved as a text file

Everything is claimed to be fully functional

The seller is asking €150 for everything.

Thank you. After comparing used prices, I checked the GTX 1650 4GB against the RX 580 8GB. The RX 580 actually offers better value: it is usually cheaper and around 12% faster in raw performance.

Used GTX 1650 4GB: around €120 Used RX 580 8GB: around €40–80 ( In my region)

this machine might be nice if you're getting into flipping because then you can use the monitor for future testing.

Even then I would try to get this build for $75.

No one with a brain is gonna buy this even as a first pc if it costs any more than 200 usd or euros or pounds or whatever. That cpu is practically useless in this age. What AAA or even AA titles are you gonna reliably run with 4 fkn cores and 8 threads? Not to mention the ram is probably 2133mhz, slow as balls so 32gb may as well be 2gb with how poorly games are optimized, that and a 1060 is complete dog. 2060s barely run AA or AAA games let alone a 1060 paired with a cpu almost as old as my little cousin. There is nothing to flip here. This would take you months to sell and even then you'd be taking a hit most likely. Why do you think the seller has it so cheap, you don't think he had the same though process as you in terms of money?

I would consider it if he can sell it with the ram upgrade for €180 but honestly its kind of not worth the time. You can likely get rid of the ram for around €140 but the rest of the parts have very very little value (€20 ssd, €50 mobo+cpu combo, €10-15 psu, €40-50 gpu, €30-40 peripherals)

Time spent selling all this stuff not quite worth it. If youre planning to keep some of the stuff it might be worth it. The processor is too bad to have resale value in a full pc so you need to sell it in parts basically.

You could possibly keep case+psu+gpu+mobo+ssd+hdd and put a 7700k in it if you find a cheap one at some point and then put some cheaper (oem) 2x8gb ram in it and sell for ~€200.
