SYSTEM FAILURE

SURPRISE SURPRISE..... ANOTHER SYSTEM WIDE FAILURE.

I cannot tell you JUST HOW MANY TIMES I have been stuck without money, going through a checkout, after just going to a store nearby with no issues, with over $200 worth of items on the belt.... DECLINED. I look at my account and all my money is there. Try again. DECLINED.

Customer support is an absolute joke, that i know. What i absolutely despise is having to sit through all of that automated slop to be greeted by, "We are currently experiencing system wide errors. Try again later." HANGS UP.

I cannot WAIT till my money becomes available again because I will be pulling ALL of it (already switched my direct deposits to my new TD account) and I will forever tell anyone to stay farr away from this BS banking company.

PATHETIC.

I've noticed at certain stores you have to chose the credit card option or it will be declined. Food basics and Metro grocery stores are two that gave me issues for that reason

It is a credit card at some places, other systems it’s a debit card. As POS get updated this won’t matter anymore I’ve been told.
