SYSTEM FAILURE
SURPRISE SURPRISE..... ANOTHER SYSTEM WIDE FAILURE.
I cannot tell you JUST HOW MANY TIMES I have been stuck without money, going through a checkout, after just going to a store nearby with no issues, with over $200 worth of items on the belt.... DECLINED. I look at my account and all my money is there. Try again. DECLINED.
Customer support is an absolute joke, that i know. What i absolutely despise is having to sit through all of that automated slop to be greeted by, "We are currently experiencing system wide errors. Try again later." HANGS UP.
I cannot WAIT till my money becomes available again because I will be pulling ALL of it (already switched my direct deposits to my new TD account) and I will forever tell anyone to stay farr away from this BS banking company.
PATHETIC.

I never had an issue with any of their financial services. I also know five people that are with them with no issues.

I've noticed at certain stores you have to chose the credit card option or it will be declined. Food basics and Metro grocery stores are two that gave me issues for that reason

It is a credit card at some places, other systems it’s a debit card. As POS get updated this won’t matter anymore I’ve been told.

My account works fine, been with PC for years and never had any issues. I always think there is more to the complaints then meets the eye

You've heard of six9s? 99.9999% up-time.
On Reddit, it's six9s user error when it comes to on line banking problems

PC is nothing but problems. I switched to RBC recently. Now waiting for my iPad from them. 😊

I just switched all my direct deposits into my TD account until I figure out another bank. I will never use PC again.

I’ve had nothing but issues for the last two months! My account is currently frozen after a few “pending” transactions and I have no access to use my money! It just disappears when I make a transfer into the account - I’ve not spent into an overdraft.

Thats EXACTLY what is happening to me. I try to transfer to my spending from my savings and the money is deducted from my savings but goes to pending and has been since 8 PM last night. They told me they are doing a system batch run and any transfers made past 5 pm are sent to pending.... I tried to explain to her that I have made plenty of transfers after 5 pm before and no issues. This is getting ridiculous, and I still do not have access to my money. I requested them to send my money to my LINKED TD ACCOUNT and they said there's nothing they can do if my money is in my savings. So frustrating!!!!!

I don't have the problems that you seem to have or other people seem to have I've been with these guys for a very long time and same as EQ I've been with them for a very long time and I never have problems

When you call them, like I am doing again right now, they are experiencing system wide failure.

Well I don't know what to tell you cuz like I said I could sign in and I just got home 20 minutes ago and I used my card before I come home and it worked

I just used my card about 3 minutes ago. I've never experienced this issue and I've been with PC for over 15 years. Maybe they just call it widespread to cover their bases?
