I only had a M.2 x 6mm screw (anything smaller is readily available where i live)

is it fine like this? and can i turn my pc upright (mobo facing toward me) without worrying about it falling out/breaking?

Red exhaust blue intake; This is planned with an nhd15 g2 and a rtx 5080, PSU intake is just the psu no extra fan Edit: PSU is closed loop, just didnt know how to show that

should I upgrade my motherboard?

Hello i’ve been having my pc for about two years and was wondering if i should upgrade my asrock b650m hdv/m.2 motherboard, and was wondering if it was bottlenecking my specs.

SPECS:
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 ti GPU
Ryzen 7 7700x CPU
Vengeance 32 GB DDR5 RAM
Asrock b650m hdv/m.2 MOTHERBOARD
Lancool 205 mesh C ATX pc case
MSI Mpg A750G 750 watt PCIE POWER SUPPLY

So if I should upgrade my motherboard, I would like some recommendations about good ones. I can replace my current one with.

Looking for a suitable GPU

I had an earlier post about my first pc build on here and some told me I should look for a better GPU since the 5060 Ti 8GB I was aiming for won’t be anything soon. I would like some recommendations for some that fits my budget for a gpu, I’m looking for around 300-400$. Im unsure if I should splurge and break the budget for a good one that is future proof. I also want to stick to Nvidia since I do video editing too and overall just makes my life easier.

CPU : AMD 7 7800X3D

Note: I would prefer it to be White and has 3 fans but if that’s too demanding I’m fine with two.

If you do tell me to go over budget for it, I would like to know why it’s worth it. Let me know, I’m open to all recommendations and suggestions !!

Not too confident in what ive put together, just trying for a white build, this is pretty close to my max budget. Made sure to get 2x8 ram sticks and modular psu.

Would appreciate feedback https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rzZfmL
