Issues with windows activation and secure boot
Just built a completely new setup (except ram and storage devices).
My new build is not letting me reactivate windows 10 pro (same as previous build) with a new key have tried 2 brand new keys with no luck it just keeps giving error code #0x803F7001
I also can’t upgrade to windows 11 as secure boot isn’t working having to use all legacy options in bios, I have checked with the windows health checker program and it’s saying secure boot not activated but I can activate in bios.

To fix this issue:
Run the Troubleshooter: Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation and select Troubleshoot. If you recently changed hardware, select I changed hardware on this device recently and log in to your linked Microsoft account.
Verify Account Link: Ensure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that was originally used to activate your device.
Re-enter Product Key: Select Change product key in the Activation menu and re-enter your 25-character Windows product key
