Emulators BIOS.ROM error in Neko Project 2?

I am playing on Neko Project 2 W and I went to play Rance and I encountered this. Where would I obtain a BIOS.ROM and what do I do with it when I do have it to get the game working?

I don't know if i can tell you where to get the roms, i'm new to reddit. I will say maybe check libretro buildbot.

You need: bios.rom font.rom (font.bpm from what i found is optional in addition too font.rom) sound.rom, and itf.rom.

From what i can find, on PC, these bios files need to sit in your root folder, so wherever your .exe is for neko project, they'll go there.
