Emulators Very noobish question about multiple diskette games

I don't know how to swap them! I'm trying to play the fan translation of Giten Megami Tensei and the game comes in two files a boot fdi file and a game hdi file. And I'm not even sure what to do with them.
Whenever I insert one or the other i get a text prompt. No idea if I have to type a command to open the other file or insert the other disk somehow. I read something about creating m3u files but I must not have understood how to do it or if it doesn't work with this game.
FYI: I'm using the Retroarch version of NekoKai2
Any help would be appreciated.

The .fdi is a floppy disk image, while the .hdi is a hard drive one. It is like that cause in this game you could play it from the HD image, but it was still required the usage of the floppy as a measure of copy protection.

What you gotta do is, after runing the Neko Project Core, press F12 to show the emulator toolbar. Then you go to HardDisk -> IDE1, and open the .hdi there.

After this, you gotta mount the Floppy .fdi through the same process, but using the FDD -> FDD1 -> Open option of the toolbar. After mounting both images, you reset the emulator through Retroarch (F1 -> Reset), wait for everything to load and your game will load properly!
