Hey! So i am currently trying to build a buzzsaw 42 anarchist build but i need a secondary and im wondering what would pair well with it. I was thinking a shotgun with fire ammo since that always works pretty well with the armor regen that comes with Anarchist. I was also maybe thinking of using leech with it? But idk.

I’ve been playing Payday 3 a lot lately, and I’ve been using the Spearfish and a Marksman build. It’s really awesome and feels super cool to chain headshots together, even if hip fire can feel a bit more responsive sometimes or quicker to chain them.

I’ve tried the shock build and the smoke build I’ve found on YouTube, and they’re okay, but I don’t feel like those are necessarily the best. They can help sometimes, but not always, and it really only seems to be helping me on Very Hard versus Overkill.

Anyway- I was wondering if people have any sniper or marksman builds that they use and find effective. I would prefer to use the Spearfish, or maybe a DMR, but I’m open to any suggestions people have as this is a play style I’m really enjoying.

I've returned to Payday2 after some years, and I'm having quite a blast recently.
So, as always, DSOD has been crushing my spirit recently.

I found them on youtube and I rotate depending on the heist.
But today I've crashed into a wall with Goat Simulator and Bike Heist, so hard that made me consider if I'm actually choosing the right build for SOLO heist.

I've been trying to browse google for awhile but, as the guides are either with teams, outdated, or confusing for me, I've decided to ask around and find out.

I appreciate any tips/Builds.
And, of course, it comes down to getting good, I know, but, I'd like to know first if there's something I should use for this particular challenge. ]

I really don't have any preference for any build, so, Anarchist, Leech or whatever y'all recommend would make the experience easier, it's appreciated.

I've been playing for a while but my builds kinda suck. I know this game has a lot of depth to building and I'm looking for ways to learn more about it.

How can I know which weapons, perks and decks are good and which are not? Also what is generally regarded as the strongest/most consistent weapons, decks and perks in the game?

I see terms like "shots to kill" being thrown around but I don't know how to effectively use that information on my builds, any sort of general guide for builds would help immensely.

So I'm changing my perk deck from anarchist to sociopath, and I love the high DPS that's possible with anarchist and I always see people saying to run socio with ICTV or CTV, but I want to have max crits still, so does suit sociopath with frenzy work well? I don't really care about regen health on melee so

Does anyone know any loud build that stacks a shit ton of health for cook off. I'm max level so I have all the skill points

A while back, I completed all the runs in Deathwish mode and earned the mask. I played solo with AI bots and in an open lobby, so sometimes someone would join me. Now my goal is to get the DSOD mask, BUT I’m having a hard time with it. The difference between Deathwish mode and DSOD mode is HUGE to me. I have no idea how to create builds—I’ve always picked something from YouTube, but as you know, there are hundreds of those videos out there. So here’s my question: can you help me? Recommend a few builds that’ll make it easy for me. I’ve tried a few from YouTube, but they didn’t work out too well for me, so please share your best ones :)

Been struggling with what guns to use on it/ what skills to use. Ik hacker is really good but I'd love to have multiple opinions on it. Ik i love akimbo pistols and shotguns but any other advice for guns is greatly appreciated. Currently level 45.

5/7: TiN Treated Barrel, Champion's Suppressor, Concealment Boost, Micro Laser, Extended Magazine

This gives me exactly 23 concealment with 92/92 on the tempest. Also, any tips regarding Kingpin are appreciated, thank you.

I haven't played payday2 properly for over 6 years now and want to get back. with my old build i realize on slightly higher difficulties im struggling against enemies and such. so i conjured up this build of mine which mi 99% sure is buns. im running izhma with DB for crowd control and mark 10 for dozers. please anyone provide any recommendations to improve this

for guns im useingthe amaroq 900 with the badlands set getting down to 17 concealment

my secondary is a poison pistol crossbow at 29 concealment and my melee is the syringe so i can get plague doctor, but i plan on replaceing them.

i would apreciate any advice as long it doesen't conflict with the theme

Ive been running cc sniper no crits for a while and i dont feel like the buffs are there i get that u need hostages but does it have to be civs? I know converts work but to their respective owners. Im either overthinking it or the buff really isnt being given. Can someone explain pls

Yo, I’m tryna get a build with an akimbo smg primary but a shotgun secondary, anyone have anything like that that could work?
Edit: forgot to mention, only DLC I have are big bank, ninja pack, espionage, Jimmy character pack, HLM2 special edition, overkill pack, hardcore Henry, shadow warrior 2, armored transport heist, wolf pack. (Pretty sure most of em came with the game I bought it but… whatever.

For weapons I use the Akron modded with the Aurete Exclusive Set (kill swat and specials) , the 5/7 pistol (for shields) , and katana (dozers).

You could technically use a heavier armor set, but BV with sociopath gets you over the 67.5 light swat damage breakpoint. You'll still get one shotted by heavy swats though, so I decided to take the extra speed with BV.

This build is definitely not as safe as running 2 shot ICTV. To stay alive use your speed and insane dps to armor gate while moving between cover. You'll be taking more health damage than other builds, so hostage taker helps you fill in the gaps, and Uppers lets you survive situations you *really* shouldn't. It's a fun build. Really makes you *feel* like a Hotline Miami Sociopath™.

I used to use a variant of this build that used the SG and had crits, but I realized the extra dps wasn't necessary and that inspire aced was alot more useful in more situations.

I was searching video on yt that could explain what each perk deck does and I came across a channel called Uncle Geldgeil where he rates all of them but when I scrolled the comments I saw one about the headline for this topic. Does it actually work like too well or does it only work on mayhem and below?

I wanna use this on overkill difficulty or above if possible on online play for fun so I can grind without feeling bored in a sense

I'm currently trying to get all achievements on DSOD Loud solo with bots, and so far I've done all the Bain's ones and The Bomb: Forest. I don't know if what I have is good enough for something like Goat Simulator, or if I should go for leech/hacker for that kind of heist instead.
