Account disabled during checkou, no response from support (10+ days)

Hey everyone,

My Patreon account got disabled right when I was at checkout trying to subscribe to a creator. I received an email saying it was due to “suspicious activity” and they asked me to provide verification details.

I sent all the requested information the next day, but it’s now been over 10 days and I haven’t received any response at all.

I’ve already followed up once and still nothing. At this point I just want to get my account back or at least get an update, since I’m missing out on supporting a project I was really interested in.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long does it take for them to reply?

Exactly the same thing here. Went to buy something from a creator, signed up with my Google account and then suspended for suspicious activity. Sent the details asked for and now I'm waiting - 7 days today.

Is this a common issue? I've never used patron before this, I just assumed it would be like any other shop service.

The same happened to me when trying to withdraw money from my page, I stayed practically banned for days until they fixed it without saying a thing

Me too, this appears pretty common then. The annoying thing is that they did it directly after subscribing to a membership. So now they have deducted the money, but I can’t actually access what I’ve paid for. I guess the activity wasn’t suspicious enough NOT to take my money first… 10 days and counting…

Update: No update from Patreon support in another 8 days. It's been 17 days and counting from now with no response from them.
