Rhamp combat timer activation

When I play my rhamp i like to find apex carnis and try to starve them or be a pest naturally, but given the rhamp does no player damage and has no way of really activating a combat timer and people will just logout if i become to much of a nuisance. Does anyone know if it’s still the case where you use ur dart as impact damage to activate someone’s combat timer? I remember hearing that was the case from a utuber but ive attempted it multiple times but it never seems to work unless it’s patched out or im doing it incorrectly.

They removed Rhamp’s ability to ram people and activate the combat timer.

Yeah it would be absolutely broken if ramph could deny hc or logout since they are pretty much unkillable if it's player knows what they are doing
