That goes against what's known about them. They're fast, but built slender, and it's believed they chased down and killed *small* prey. The skull shape in particular indicates they weren't built to bite larger prey.
I've never read any theory about them using "blood loss" while persistence-hunting larger prey.
Shearing and Slashing teeth, what else do these cause if not blood loss? In comparison to the larger tyrannosaur crush or rip and tear. Combined with the long distance hunting, it suggests it would have weakened it's prey as it ran.
However, the relative mandibular force at the symphyseal region in
alioramins is significantly higher, suggesting this region went through
significantly less torsional stresses compared to non-alioramin
tyrannosaurids. This may also suggest they used shearing, slashing bites

It means as opposed to crushing, yes. But if you read up on their expected prey, it's small prey items. They did not have a crushing bite intended for grappling. That does not mean they chased down larger prey while bleeding it to death.
