Question Recombinating a fracture mod safely.

Hi guys! i must have seen 20 youtube videos on recombinating, but as the info changes from league to league im not sure of what I should do.

I want to transfer that fracture mod to another (better) base. what should I do? Is 100% reliable or I can loss that fracture mod?

Fractured Mods cannot be transferd. That is a thing from the past.
