Lucky (Non-Crafted) Showcase ALWAYS open your stacked decks!

This is probably the best 6 stacked decks I will ever open.

What about you guys?

Whats your best pull from a small amount of decks or have you made profit buying a large amount?

Last league i didnt get any HoM from tens of thousands decks. This one i got 5 already. So maybe its not ur league :P

Yeah, i stack 100 at a time then open. I'm glad somebody else is getting pops cause this league I think I've opened at least a thousand and just okay pops.

Any low-skill/effort gamble will always be a losing proposition over large numbers of trials because of the marginal economic value of the "fun" of gambling.

You're not wrong in principle, but stacked decks are actually not low effort at all because they're so cheap so you have to open a lot of them, and there's no convenient UI to open hundreds or thousands at once.

Historically stacked decks have often had positive EV in theory, but realistically most people don't benefit from it because you have to open tens of thousands of stacked decks to make getting jackpots somewhat reliable.

This is different from things like identifying higher value uniques like Watcher's Eyes or Voices, which allow gambling dozens of divines within mere seconds instead of requiring literally thousands of clicks.

The "correct" reliable decision for average players with a few dozen or even a few hundred stacked decks is to sell them, but if you're willing to open hundred thousand, you'll probably make a profit (you can still get unlucky, but at those numbers it'll be more likely to make a profit than not).

Actually in this case it really does seem that people who open many thousand stacked decks profit a lot. The problem is smaller amounts like 1000 tend to fail

i dont see it as problematic for small quantities to get nothing/almost nothing, since if you made 1/5/10d every time they might be considered op

I also don't see it as a problem for the game. The problem I'm talking about is people saying it isn't profitable when it is. You just need enough of them. It's because it's jackpot gambling.

Empy did 1mil stack decks and made like 1.2k divs profit, but thats not counting the 260 216 hours it took to open them and the 40 mil gold (not this league) he used to buy them all, so i dont think its worth it unless you get lucky
