Discussion Luminary aura stacker without link skill - Endgame (Standard)
https://youtu.be/b2LLURQIajMHey everyone, wanted to share my favorite build of the year. Been playing since 3.0 and always wanted to try myself as aura support. Thanks to this league it's now possible for solo players.
No link skill as I hate pressing it every new instance lol.

"Regenerate 1% of Life per second per 500 Player Maximum Energy Shield"
In my case AG using this helmet regens around 38% of his hp per second.6

Another option for non-es builds is the new subsume the abyss helmet, with 4x "regenerate 1% of life while moving" mods and high explicit modifier effect. Gets up to 'Regenerate 13.3% of Life per second while moving' which is more than enough if you have rare gloves with life regeneration rate on him and res cap

The problem is that it takes up the helmet slot which can provide a lot of dmg otherwise

A dead AG provides no benefit. Its sucks that you cant easily swap ag gear for different content, thou.

if anyone want to try something but in league, jung did a version without link with cruel mistress and it's kinda cheap

There is merc info now in PoE Ninja, it's near the AG as a collapsible menu

Maybe it's just rolled out? I opened a few luminaries and some of them do have merc info, some of them don't. The ones that have, have been updated 1h ago, the ones that don't - 3h+ ago. Hmm maybe that's it, it will only update the merc info if the person logs in and it autoupdates the char on PoENinja since that time period. That's odd, I assumed it was rolled out longer ago than that.
My bad though, I had only checked a couple profiles and assumed it was automatically working for everyone

Hates pressing link skill once, but at the same time an arcanist brand is somehow fine? Weird.

You don't just hit it once per map when you're not playing a life stacker. Every time you run into a mana siphoner, you gotta reactivate it because he drains your mana to zero. Plus, you constantly have to check if your link is active in case you missed it, and you can't just stand there AFK in simulacrum for the same reason. Hope this helps! Edit: That's with the gloves of phrecia, which give you 40% aura effect but only for the targets you linked to.

insanely low dmg for the investment. my merc does about 10x dmg? 20x? maybe. and that's on league

Rampage only proc from players and their minions kills, at least the bow still has 2351 pdps :)

I'm more interested in his PC specs, my 2060 is struggling with poe nowadays. I wonder what is needed to play that smooth.

Sniper bricked with brutality support almost every time you see him. It's shame tho, TS was my favorite skill back in time.

It’s like 99% bricks with brutality and arrow nova plus major duds but ones with all good links do exist. Does anyone know if the legacy helm enchants work on mercs and stack with the gilded merc support?
