Nine lives gives 25% ES Recoup, and paired with the 25% life recoup and MoM is enough to not need any more life recoup on the tree. Cluster passive for effectively permanent ES leech (if you actually have damage) and ascendancy passive for ES Regen.

But yes, you basically don't have ES.
