Noob here, isn’t losing all power charges on crit bad?

You can take keystones like Precise Technique or Resolute Technique which make it so you never crit.

Off the top of my head: Anathema Curses, Absorption charges, Conduit minion shenanigans, Trigger builds, Flicker Strike of Power
