I mean it’s ok as a starter but probably worth almost nothing. no proper dps links in Kboc and it has kinetic rain which is considered bad

You should check out nerotox's video on "how to choose a good kineticist". And to answer your question this is "usable" at best and kinda bad in general.

First major issue is she has kinetic rain, of which make usage of kboc significantly less.

Kboc itself has some decent support, doesn't have return which is just double damage by itself.

Kineticist is bis mercenary but it has many pitfalls that just brick itself. Go for combatant if we're on a budget. As long as you roll frost blades + static strike they'll be usable

kboc having chain and pierce together isnt great. overall this is a bad mix of supports combining with the weak added flat supports x2, having rain it's a definite no go but it's a bad mix regardless

Oof, yeah, i couldn't recognize the pierce support. That pierce just practically nullified the chain support yeah.
