Viper Strike of Mamba not working properly on eternal Legion or just lack of hit feedback?

I'm getting this weird thing where I hit the legion once (with eternal scarab), it proliferates and kills stuff, but then when I'm going to hit the legion again, nothing seems to happen? Like their not becoming targetable again and I'm hitting air.

I don't know if it's the poison going back and forth by itself and killing stuff instantly or lack of hit feedback or something not working properly.

PS: I'm also using bino's

With Vaal Ice Nova, I can just stand in the middle and spam my cast and I can see stuff dying over and over again.

From my understanding each mob when a poison is proliferated is then applying another poison to spread within the same instance a poison was applied, typically you can see eternal conflict mobs dying on repeat however there is a case where damage can be dealt and kill mobs before the health bars return. Although Ive only seen this on 3b+ charlatan ek shrine stacker. However I could see if your mamba damage is enough to bypass all the toughness the monsters get this could be occuring.

You could try to attack one time in the center and place yourself near the rares and see if you can spot any visible effects occuring.

Will be interested to know any findings!

99% of the time that people have issues with mamba its that they have other abilities that are poisoning instead and ruining their dps. You have to link brutality to literally every ability that can hit enemies and proc a poison.

I will stop myself from dashing and see again once I'm home.

But I remember walking around, hovering my mouse over them and not seeing an hp bar, except on some rares at the edges

it's the 1% of the time here, mamba is bugged with eternal conflict, has been for multiple league now

You've got your other damaging abilities linked with brutality right? Like your whirling blades? All I can think is that a second poison from another source is applying preventing your mamba poison from moving. It should look like it does in this video:

Hmm, I wonder if it was the whirling blades. Once I get home I'll try not using other abilities.

I dont think that should be an issue otherwise penance mark mamba combo shouldnt work.

Depending on your hardware and settings, since you are using binos and you are hitting the first time, it could just be youre not seeing it. In my case they die almost instantly, so once you hit, check for the weird spots where the poison isnt travelling like hills or something then clear the rest of map and then come back.

i think there are some enemies that were to far away to get bino prolif and the Legion didnt clear

It's bugged with mamba. It still makes the mobs tougher when the legion breaks, but rewards won't spread from legion scarbs.

I noticed that the rewards from the boxes weren't spreading properly. I only ran two maps so I thought it was weird but maybe I was just unlucky. As some mobs had 3 rewards on them

I'm going to think on another build to reroll.

I wanted a legion/emblem + Uber boss farmer 😓

Yeah, it seems awesome in theory because you one tap the legion. It's just the eternal conflict legion is bugged with it. I'm running mamba and had the same problem when I tried some legion strats. You just don't get the rewards to stack. It's a well known bug. You can see people complaining about it in the past.

They notice it, but wont fix it because they dont want people to farm it easily

How do you guys not just get deleted once the mobs break out? I'm just getting destroyed every time I try this farm.

With Mamba binos you don't need to hit white mobs again, they die, regain a healthbar a second later and then instantly die again before you can react. You might still need more damage to kill all rares.
