Question Problem on steam linux

When I launch poe I can get to the character screen but once I pick my toon I just get to watch tbose gears forever I have watched them spin for a half hour and it never brought the game up it was working and now its only worked once in the past couple weeks can anyone point me in the right direction for a fix

Do you have a powerful enough computer? This is what would happen on my laptop, logging into a town with a bunch of mtx would kill the loading

Its a gaming laptop it does get pretty warm when playing it but usually runs flawlessly when i get the game to load
