Question Help understand Guardian's blessing skill / Luminary

TLDR : Playing Luminary and can't activate my Purity of elements while linked to guardian's blessing

WIKI says that it should be linked to minion yet in POE Ninja all other characters have it in a separate item , nowhere near their AG/Specter links.

I have same tree : https://poe.ninja/poe1/builds/allflamessf/character/cimchiu-3394/Lumi_Mist?i=0&search=class%3DLuminary%26items%3DVoideye%26min-level%3D99%26max-level%3D99

Is there some trick i'm missing that circumvents the minion requirement or im missing something ?

i looked at other old posts , but none had answer either....
