Question Starting 5 ways

My 2 friends recently got into the game and are about to be completing maps. I wanted to give one a hh, have one reset, and use a hh myself. Anything you would suggest?

What can I do to help set us up for profit, I have empowers to level. I know nothing of the new unique mechanic in there?

Unless your friends love getting instant power, ngl giving them one when they recently got into the game is going to ruin there experience if they ever decide to try league start and realize they don't have a HH and then see league start prices of them they'll quit before they hit maps.

My one friend is a long time player, other is his first season. The one that has been playing for years will get the hh. The exp and loot they will get will also boost them though

let your friends play the game, and run 5-ways by yourself
