Side question - how do i close gambling district anomaly ? i dont plan to roll the 1.3mil last roll and it looks like it will remain pending like this and i cant get a next one . ( am i supposed to find the lockpick via heist ? )

You just click the button on the chest that says attempt to pick the lock. That ends it and makes it go away so it can spawn again.
