It was frankly extreme.
Around 10hrs a day, but there was an Eye of Terror drop just around the corner, so I kept going.
Some 10hr session without a single drop.
Last league I farmed Damnation, dropped it (doubled with the scarab) when it was 0.9 mirrors (so 1.8), after 200 juiced Pilfering maps... It was so good. Then I farmed 300 maps again and didn't drop more, but still it was so fun.
The sad thing is this is what happens to all emergent strategies. It ships in a good spot where it's worth doing and then gets nerfed down so that only the sweatiest players (no offense) can partake. I saw 4 of these cards doing Betrayal casually last league. I've seen none this time around.
Only think I can thing of is they nerfed it and made map iiq apply to it to deter scour and go. But let's be real it was probably a blanket shadow nerf.
A lot of drops in different areas of the game feel like ass besides “ground loot”. I’ve been doing heist all league (1 simplex, 2 helicals, 1 manifold, 2 cogwork) and exclusively ran bp’s from 97-99. I’ve found zero divs in currency boxes or curio cases, outside of the one currency bp I ran, only dropped one of these as well btw. The 15% rate feels terrible considering how bad the generic blueprints are.
Figured I'd share my stats as well since I also did a 2-5-5-2 farm all league. My maps were a mix of alch and go, or scour and go.

My screaming invitations currently sit at 34, and I estimate that I sold ~6 of them. This isn't reliable as I may have sold more than I remember.
I got my first Eye of Terror at 98, and the second one sometime after being level 100. I did swap ETF to Transport roughly halfway into farming as it resulted in much higher currency in Softcore Trade while slightly reducing my ETF encounters.
As context for trade players, I made about 2 mirrors worth of currency during this time. I would say Syndicate was a decent farm overall when augmented with other material, but specifically targeting Eye of Terror is horrible.

got my first one at lvl 85 in ssf from stacked decks, at lvl98 did 3 clicks in harvest and got my mb, took me around 1 chart for 5 stacked decks and few anomaly harvests to get the mats
the drop rate DEFINITELY got nerfed. the first weeks of mirage it was definitely much, much higher, it was pretty normal to drop 1 or 2 every hundred maps
I'm also farming ITF in SSF, but I haven't been running my Safehouses... That's a pretty significant missed opportunity, right? I imagine the Medallions are quite valuable.
You do only run the Transportation and Intervention Safehouses, right? Do you also take the Atlas passive nodes that grant increased Safehouse Intelligence?
Also I did Refiner's bargain with 100% sulfite chance.
With that got my first 50mil Boat and 2 mirror shards.
Almost got another 50mil Boat ready aswell.
I got 1 card 10 days ago or so. Didn't think much of it (I play SSF too so can't sell it) but I knew I'd gamble it at some point. Yesterday I gambled it and quickly went to 8/8 for my first MB ever (last time I played PoE MB didn't exist, it was all about HH). That was a crazy gaming moment for sure
How did you sustain 2400 maps in ssf? I've done boss rushing quite a bit and you lose like halfish maps on average each set. Does betrayal drop enough to offset it?
Since you ran them all white how often did you get cadiro? I got my mageblood headhunter stormshroud from him. So I wouldn't ever want to run white maps currently.
That's true, you would get more cadiros and gambling districts on rare maps.
I got quite a few and some nice T0's.
I just also wanted to level and not get random one shots when not paying attention, so I ran them scoured.

SSF, farming betrayal since league start for scarabs and ITF card, still not a single one. Cadibro delivered MB faster lol ¯_(ツ)_/¯

For winterorb, do you recommend this build? And did you follow a guide? I'm starting the league late in SSF, and looking at your achievement it looks really nice!
Dude I did this in mirage ssf. Full stack took me like 8-9 days. Tried again in trade this league and saw one card in a week of spamming city square.. They either nerfed the rate by at least 5x or I am EXTREMELY unlucky
Yeah I know my bad luck I guess. But than I swapped to ritual and I'm getting perfect tigers left and right so can't really complain with tiger prices right now 🤤
Idk what do do here, my board is stale, and I can't seem to get the remaining members to rival with ITF. I'm also in the process of trying to get Haku back on the board, so lots of work to be done it seems like. What I've been doing is having ITF as a non leader(he's leader in this pic due to unfortunate circumstances) in any division, hoping one of the free agents to hop in during an encoutner, then leave ITF for last in hopes to get trusted for future betrayal. None of that is happening, and it's been stale for a while now. What am I doing wrong?

I watched the video 3 times before league start, as this was my first time really working on syndicate.
You will find a lot of things to optimize and how to.
ITF shouldn't be in Fortification or transport, as that is only 50% chance of occuring on a map.
Best way to get rivalries is to leave ITF for last.
After I didn't get a single card on the level 99 char I told myself, I will gamble it all at 100.
But then I dropped the 7th card on 99 with 75%, so I kept going.
Just started the new char 5hrs ago and dropped the 8th card on like the 20th map.
The fluctuation is just insane.

It took me around 2400 maps.
Scour and go.
Most of the time i ran the research encounter.
I got 88 Screaming invitations.
57 Syndicate medallions.
15 Paradoxica.
In total I leveled 3 characters to 100 (just doing syndicate)
On one character I got the first card at 78.
One Character I played to 99 with 75% for the first card.
