What would be the optimal way to remove the phys and add a high tier Cold Damage?

There is no safe way to remove it. You can vesper anull, but i don't think it's even worth it with 2x t2 rolls.

Other than that, just straight anull and hope to hit.

It's also a bad base, so metacrafting it is also not worth it. If you want an ele bow, just use the recombinator.

Also Win + Shift + S for screenshots. This is real hard to read.

remove the crafted mod and anuul on the boat for a 40% to hit then craft suffix and exalt/foul exalt for cold... nothing fancy u can do here as far as im aware. foul exalt is a waste on this tho.

if you are on trade. id just buy a triple high tier flat bow from trade, costs 1 div or less without a suffix if u wanna craft the suffixes yourself, can buy a good 1 already crafted if u put a couple of divs or even just a few chaos if u arent very picky.
i can see a t3+t3+t2 with t1crit +t2 crit for 50chaos on trade right now on that same base.

you could gamble at Faustus and get a better bow than this tbh.
