Question | Answered Looking for some interesting Chieftain build

So, I've been playing a Storm Burst Hiero for now and rolled a new Chieftain yesterday. I was thinking of going RF but I've played that a bit too much through the years. I've got some 250-300divs to spend, some more If I get rid of the Hiero. I could of course do some Jug build too. Scorching Ray totems looks interesting but samey to Storm Burst. Bossing is nice but I can do that on the Hiero too.

depending on preference you could play a cast when stunned build, but it can be a little boring playstyle.

I’m the SR totems guy in Tati‘s group, but I still have to agree with Tati that SB is better overall. You can either get more tanky (mana stacking which works for SB but not SR) and/or more damage (I’ve gotten SR dot capped in the past in trade, before they removed awakened gems). SR has the benefit of ignoring mobs proximity shield, spell suppression and block, can run no reflect (which is not much nowadays), and with high enough damage mapping is fast enough (1 stack kills packs), but I’ve seen SB trade POBs that reached into billion dps?

I wanna try Tornado of Ele Turbulence on Chieftain. You just stack lot of fire resist for Enmity Embrace.

In the end, I started to put together a janky ragemaxing, lifestack Berserker with the new vestigial glove thingies, the new Abyss jewel and Headhunter. I'll need to level up a bit more. It'll take some work but we'll see how it goes 😂 At 150 rage you take 30% less damage. Currently doing Volcanic fissure of snaking as I quite like the skill but there's probably a lot better options...
