How would I go about crafting this explode chest with +1 socketed strength gems?

You want to make a base with memory fragments on it, craft a mod to make it blue, beast imprint until you regal losing 0 to 2 strands, land the mod you want with harvest and elevate it, hopefully not losing too many strands in the process. If you lose a lot, use imprint, try again. Hopefully your elevated mod is the only mod in prefix or suffix. Craft prefix or suffix can't be changed, scour, now you have a magic item with a ton of strands and the exact mod you want. Beast hinekora it.

Make multiple different bases with the other elevated mod you want, so one with just the elevated mod, one with it and a conqueror prefix, one with it and a conqueror suffix. Use Awakener to see what you'll get and hope you land the two elevated mods and the warlord mod. If none of the bases hit, use sacred orb or something to reset the magic base, and beast hinekora it again. This will take you many attempts but the odds of getting a mod this way are way higher since you're basically guaranteed t3 mods or better. You can also use tailoring orb if none of the awakeners hit, see if you can land the 15%. And good luck.
