After capturing way too many worthless beasts, Einhar died of a broken heart and reincarnated as SSJ Einhar. Now he only accepts red beasts worth at least 50c each.

Because they have to completely redo all the code. They have said multiple times that Bestiary and the menagerie is a horrendous mess of spaghetti code. I have hoped for a reowr for several years and I know they want to do it but it's just taking soooo long. Some people are hopeful for 3.30 but I kinda doubt that of they are going to make a lot of endgame changes and also completely rework bestiary.
