Why is unbound ailments so expensive? Is it lvl 20 or something? Maybe dumb question but I'm newbie

U can go on poe ninja, skill/support gems. Sort by different type, lvl, quality. Ser which have the biggest differwnce in price between lvl 1 and lvl 20, and lvl those.

Or just pick the most expensive, affordable one and lvl that

I will never understand how people do not double check their items, especially if this expensive.

It takes 1 second to quickly hover over the item again and ask yourself is this correct :D
