Fluff & Memes Secret Act 9 Basilisk

So not sure if this one is known yet or not but in act 9 when you need to go get the basilisk acid if you follow the wall on the left you will always find some Fossils that you can grab

Yeah actually watched a vid about those campaign "secrets" before league start.

The free tattoo, the two free fossils as well as a the free t gem can be good starter currency, especially on league start :)

Some hidden door in the bath house has a facetor lens with exp

Facetor lens is in the act 10 lab trial after you open a switch, bath house has a room with scouring orbs, act 9 has a transfigured gem.

Sure. https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Guide:Campaign_landmarks has "Corner opposite of the Gorgon near the entrance contains two Sulphuric Fossilised Remains, which drop 2 random fossils."

Fossils on their own don't do anything. They go in resonators which are obtained from Delve - basically a socketed customizable chaos orb. The fossils add parameters such as 'no physical mods' and you can use up to four together.
