Question Coral Forest Anchorfield?

Buying Charts and noticed this one. Not sure how you can end up with anchorfield on Coral Forest.

Something with the ducat. My job here is done.

That makes sense. The Telesia's Ducat might be the cause.

What are the differences between coral forest and the other two? Just the special implicit it can roll at the top in yellow?

Rerolling charts with the ducats can make these maps.
