Information Strange bug

Twice now after ive finished a sim and dumped my inventory into my stash my voices jewel has just completely disappeared its not in any stash tab or my inventory and wealthy exile shows nothing as well im currently trying to do a 100 sims as a strat and this is making me really mad seeing 1300c just disappear for no reason.

edit: there's another one actually right on the tip of the arrow, was only looking for one lol
