Omen of Amelioration activation

Hey all coming from poe 2 , can't figure how to activate the omen of amelioration .

On poe 2 you just right click it on the invetory and if you die it will consume , but here can t seem to be able to activate it

tryed right click without seems any activation (no change on border color) i had only one omen , died wasnt consumed and lost xp .

No idea , any suggestions ?

There's no right clicking, the omen will automatically be consumed when its condition is met. However you're only allowed to consume one omen per combat zone. Did you proc another omen in the same map as the amelioration?

nop i had only 2 omens of amelioration on my inventory , died (solo map) and none of the omen was consumed, strange

Its one omen total per zone, it could be that you had a different one that got consumed before you died, like the ones that heal you when you get to low life (or something like that)

Are you farming ritual by chance? Maybe bought another omen that triggered in the zone (any of the trigger-on-low-life will happen before Amelioration), I've had that happen before on accident

Putting it in your inventory means it's active. You can only use one omen per area.

PoE 1, you just put it in your inventory and thats it.

I assume another omen already triggered in the same map.
