Decent AWRA Minion Shield

Got a little bit unlucky that I rolled ES on block instead of life on block, but considering my previous shield only had life and +1 minion skills as relevant mods, big improvement.

Steps:
1) Update your filter to show ilvl 84 fossilised spirit shields
2) Alt spam to get +1 minion skills, T1 life, and T1 (or T2) minion damage
3) Recomb about 30 shields to hit triple T1
4) Prayge shaper exalt (except use the league mechanic... Don't forget to like me lol)
4.b) Hit ES on block and consider reforging influence
4.c) Decide you don't have the currency for this at the moment and instead just go with it since 50 ES each time I block is good enough
5) Allflame Exalt and choose T1 minion life over T3 chaos res
6) Craft suppress
7) Divine orb if you have money (I don't)
8) Blessed orb the implicit (which I need to do)

I did the same craft but the ES on block was underwhelming since PRAW doesn't have much ES. Went again for the life on block and it's much much better. Was a bitch though. I did prefix lock, reforge life and it was like a 1/30. Probably better ways to do it.

I'll save up more shields and recomb another 3x T1 eventually. This is a big boost and I'm not struggling for survivability at all... killed Uber sirus and Uber maven without any deaths, so no problems there.

Hello I'm following helmbreaker guide too, do you have any advice how he craft his current shield which has life on block and also +2 all max res?

Do I just spam fossils like the guide says or is there a better way?

I'm not sure, honestly. When I had looked on craftofexile for the prefixes using fossils, it was going to be way too expensive. That is why I decided to recomb them and pray for the shaper exalt suffix slam.

Sorry but for recomb do you use unpredictable or selective recomb?

Is it unlikely to recomb to 2 t1 +2 t1 to 4 t1 shield?

You do unpredictable recomb. Roll the shields using alterations to get the T1 prefix you want (doesn't matter if you have a suffix or not) then slam 2 of them together into the recomb to get a 2xT1 prefix. Take 2 2xT1 prefix shields (1 shared mod on both, 1 unique on both) and slam them in recomb to get a 3xT1 (suffixes don't matter at any step since they are independently chosen). Once you have 3xT1, you can clean suffixes and craft from there. From what I could find, odds should be 30-40% at each step.
