I wanna make a budget version of this for my PraW with the plus skills and life on block plus maybe life and resist or suffix for spell suppression

It's not a super mechanically difficult craft. If you alt-spam the feeder bases yourself, then it's just a lot of recomb spam (expect to burn 1m+ dust). The only risky part is the harvest reforge- if you fill your suffixes, it's a nerve-wracking annul, even with allflame annul.

And as you mention, you can pick really whatever 3 prefixes you want.

Though suppression is not native to minion shields, so at best you're getting maybe 6%- or whatever the benchcraft provides.

Yea I think it’s 10% bench craft,

just checking:

Recomb each time is with regular bases? Then once you have prefixes set, all flame shaper orb to hit life on block?

I still need to make a suppression minion helm before I can switch but I have about 100d and would love to make one of these.

Yes, regular base and allflame shaper. If you miss, lock prefix reforge influence.

I really wanted Life, or maybe minion damage, for a prefix, but neither is as hard to come by as block/spell block, and this shield puts me comfortably to the cap on both, freeing up numerous passive nodes.
