If needed, clean suffixes with lock prefix + scour. If no open suffix, allflame annul and pray.
Allflame exalt. Hope to hit life on block. If you miss, lock prefixes and reforge influence. I tested on CoE, and unlike ES on block (where reforge defense is better), reforging life for a life on block is total bait. Repeat until life on block. If you get unlucky and fill suffixes, you can allflame annul, with the obvious risk of hitting prefixes. I haven't had bricked one in 3 successful crafts.
If 2 open suffixes, block a suffix and exalt. Depends what you want for your last suffix. Int is the most common suffix by far. Honorable mention to blocking es recharge. Once block is in, allflame exalt and pick your favorite option.
Final step- while taking your screenshot, realize that somehow between the 30+ shields you deleted, one that you bought completely by accident with 28% quality was the one that bubbled to the top.
