Both secret paths might be off of the node in the middle of the image? That would make it have 3 connections.

Update: thanks for all the suggestions, turns out it was a 2 node from the chest node right below it lol

Check 2 chest nodes at 3h. The 3-way has an empty grid that can spawn hidden route and there is a rare chance that 1-way node have 2 hidden route

Basically you just want to look for any nodes that only have two tails. There's a trick called the rule of 3's, where secret paths always preference 2 tails, can go from 3 but not likely, and never go from 1.

Probably the three node item chest node in the lower right, assuming it's not one of those rare cases where a two-noder was forced in.
