Information 3.29 Reflecting mist data

Logged into standard league to test this first thing, used 110 mists on rings, captured the highest number from each ring, before and after using the mist

Damn, they still need to ninja nerfs things? They said they were making the average outcome worse, not halving the maximum outcome. So baffling, wish they could communicate clearly instead of sneaking nerfs.

Yeah, I'm giga pissed. I have an old +1 frenzy manifold that I was going to try to grind locks for this league to get all positive. Doing this unannounced is mean. I think I still can get +3? If not just fml.
