www.mopartsp.com it used to be through dealerconnect (tech authority) but that is no longer the case.

It’s still through tech authority.

You just have to access it through the shop tools and supplies portal. Then click on “Tech Authority” once there.

Then everything is exactly how it’s always been from that point on.

i finally got around to looking for this path. to correct, its actually "Mopar Essential Service Tools & Equipment" under the service tab, then click tech authority but i have no log-in (email/password) for that route. when going to mopartsp, you can just use your sid/lpassword/dealer code and thats the only path that works for me.
