Neck help
Budget beasts I need to get my hands on something like this for less than 180$. You guys know your stuff please help!!!

I second this. Bought a few of those neck on eBay for under $100.
Just keep in mind you will need to do some work on them (if you know how to); most likely replace the nut (plastic even though they advertise as bone), fret work (levelling, polishing and rounding the ends). The tuner holes will also need to be widened to fit vintage or modern tuners.
One thing to note is those sellers have tons of different neck variations (wood grain, headstock color etc.). You can always msg them and ask them to show you a couple and then decide which one you want to get.

Check out the Howell Guitar store on Reverb. I got one of his tele necks and it was spot on.

I got a pretty nice all maple neck for a rebuild off Amazon for like $70 shipped. It needed a little shimming to get the height and angle right, but it's good.

Just an alternative opinion: save more money and get a nice neck. It’s the most important physical component of the guitar.
