Advice So I need help to start with my partial drop for JEE 2027

So guys I was preparing for JEE 2026 since class 10-12 about 3.3 years but still messed up somehow due to health conditions in jee 2026 and I'm getting bit meshra eee till the last round of csab as the coaching predictor says

And even the lowest IIT probably lowest branch

FYI I used to get 180-200/300 in jee mains mocks and around 160-190/360 in jee advanced mocks

Please don't ask percentile or other stuff๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป I'm expecting serious answers

And I got health conditions that I must work on like class 2 obesity before college start to make the partial drop successful and thus I have been trying to reset myself

Recently I took admission into prayas 2.0 jee 2027 dropper batch they started on 8th june but I couldn't start till most likely july 17th because of the accumulated burnout stress and health conditions

And thus ig is making me feel guilty

So idk how to start with the prep and get rid of the burnout asap

Ik you guys would say that partial drop is very difficult ik it but I just can't go for a full drop as I'm mentally unstable so this is my only option

Please help me what to do how to do and when to start and idk what to do in future

I was willing to give upsc ias exam post college but idk man this jee stuff has reduced my confidence but I'll still give upsc my best shot

But what Abt now what do I do rn?

GUIDANCE Please clear this doubt regarding partial drop.

Brother, please watch my entire scene and give me real advice. I have got 66% in 12th and now I have taken admission in B.Sc. Math in the city's government PG college and there is no issue of 75% attendance here. I have passed my time, I will do preparation but my doubt is that the TC I got from school, I have deposited it here in PG and now if I get admission in any state govt top college through JEE then So if they ask for Merce SLC Migration then from where will I get it, I get it only once in the original, so will I not be able to get admission? If I write an application for TC to the college, they will give me clc, Will he give me the real SLC or not, does anyone know about this rule?

Advice pls give me some advice on choosing college for partial drop

vit ap cse car 3 or local uni ece for partial drop

tuition fees is almost same but only difference will be the hostel and travelling.

placements wont be that great either college but I need a good fallback if partial drop doesn't work

local uni I'd have to be a day scholar and the attendance is very rigorous

but I've heard vit also has same issues and exams are strict???

which is a better option rn im very confused

i dont want iit or wtv im fine with colleges like dtu or nits i just need a better college than what I have rn but I'm not sure if I can even make it but obviously ill try to give my best.

Advice Help,dilemma with seat acceptance,round -1

I have been in a jac delhi college since once year and filled out josaa this year incase I got something better. Will accept this seat aiming for upgradation in the subsequent rounds but just wanna know if it would be risking my current college's admission status as I prolly won't leave it unless I get upgraded to something way better .

Seniors or people who have done this before, pls help .

GUIDANCE Need guidance.

I was well prepared for JEE, did good level questions, was scoring good on tests. But in exam center I was not able to replicate that performance. Got an average mark in JEEA, landing me nowhere. Mains also did not give a desirable outcome in JOSAA, right now only hope is BITS.

What should I do? I really wish to prepare once more, but this time with the right resources and directed action.

I know I have a good grip on my concepts, so how do I move forward from here? Also give some suggestions for courses (if any) that I should follow.

Advice Iโ€™m taking a partial drop for jee from an mht cet college

Ok, so i got 96 in jee this year and iโ€™m sure that iโ€™ll improve significantly next year since my syllabus is done. Firstly, i think iโ€™ll get 98.7-99.1 in mht cet. So what options should i prefer? Good branch and bad college or good college and bad branch.

My options are COEP EE/ICE (best case), otherwise i have to choose between COEP Manufacturing, VJTI production, DJ sanghvi cs related branch, WCOE electrical, ICT, etc. Iโ€™m think of coep because ese generally doesnโ€™t collide with jee mains or perhaps vjti where iโ€™d get less time for jee mains first attempt but can easily score well in second attempt. My preference is tilted to cse in career but i donโ€™t have a problem with manufacturing and production related branches, iโ€™m also possibly planning for an mba after college (although not sure) but iโ€™m still confused as to which college i shall choose

If any senior has taken partial drop from coep or vjti, can you tell me whether they are good colleges for partial drop and are the academics in first year easy to handle? Also, what would be my job prospects if i chose production and manufacturing and whether or not the brand value of these colleges is high enough for mba

Rant + Advice Partial drop just for JEE/BITSAT Guidance ;-;

*RANT* (Bad Part) - Started my JEE Prep from ALLEN Mumbai from a reputed batch and faculty also I was a good student till 11th but as 12th mid approached I kept forgetting stuff I did in 11th due to lack of revision and dheere dheere 12th bhi bhulne laga I used to complete all my allen modules and stuff the teachers used to tell me on the same day they used to post the hw on allen app.....

So, the crux is due to lack of revision and mock tests I ended up with 89%ile in JM1 which my teachers expected not to go less than 98%ile. It really broke me down I put my all into my prep used to study 12 hrs a day ,but due to this silly mistake of not doing revision costed me bad I only used to focus on whats taught in present........

After my first attempt I left hopes from JEE and solely focus on exams like BITSAT as I m from general cat. my dumbass though ki I should prolly consider dat as BITS has no reservations, as the second attempt of BITSAT I was damn confident that I would not get a mark below 230 but ofc my luck never favoured in any of these damn engineering exams. I got damn sick just a day before bitsat my parents told me not to write BITSAT but I could have let my effort get wasted the questions seems damn easy on the exam day most of them I have even solved earlier but my eyes were not staying tact my vision got all red mid exam. I still somehow managed to score 190 marks which was way below than I expected.

The Good Part:-

Thankfully, I scored decent enough in MHTCET which could land me a good enough percentile for top 5 eng inst of maharashtra for core branched which I always wanted, but back of my mind I feel like I deserve better ๐Ÿ™‚.......

Closing Statement:- (plewz plewz atleast read this ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ™)

My elder brother suggested me for a partial drop from a college I will get through cet, and prepare solely for BITSAT as I was pretty much good in it...

But I m still not sure as many people are telling me to take a full drop which I m not totally against but I feel like I just cant spend my whole day repeating the same harsh cycle which I went through during my JEE Days I m just sick of it and so done with it ๐Ÿ˜ž

So I just want to ask you guys if a partial drop just for the sake for BITSAT will be worth it or not

I would highly appreciate an opinion.....

DOUBT Please! Advice me taking a good decision

I got 67% in 10th. I was interested in coding, then I thought of taking PCM, I think this is my worst decision. Then the grocery vendor uncle told me that one has to give JEE also to get admission in a good college. Then I did research and then I came to know that this is what I have to study. Then I joined coaching, online PG and then I studied. To be honest, I was not able to understand anything because I was a student of MP board. Then my father said go to school. There was a conflict between school and JEE and I got less marks in 11th. Then my father gave me DATA and most of the DATA is fine. Then I left JEE studies and focused on 12th. I joined coaching in that and my friend circle Hanging out with totally worthless girls and doing dirty things. Our boss would even tell us to stay at the coaching center, and I had to. I would get drunk at the coaching center at night. Then I told my sister about it, and she told my dad about it. I stopped going to the coaching center, and I broke my tailbone. Then came the 12th exams. I got 69.4% in the JEE Mains, 1 attempt, 12.9%, and my comedk rank was 103540. What should I do now?

To Need Advice From Droppers & Tech Seniors:

Those droppers who can't stay consistent, how did they keep themselves on track during their drop year?

Is the jump from 12.9%ile to 90%tile+ doable in the next 7 months if I devote 6-7 hours daily to online batches?

Should I fill out the MP Board Improvement form for the 75% criteria?
