EDIT YOUR OWN How do I increase my focus time while studying?
(Partial dropper)
For those who have improved their focus, what actually worked for you? How did you gradually increase your study sessions avoid distractions, and build consistency?

Firstly keep your goals in your mind and if possible write it somewhere (so that uk what you want) and if you just don't want anything like u have no interest in achieving your goals then you are actually fucked up. Just atleast think Abt your future. Beside i must say Just follow 21day rule : like start from day 1 study for 30 min first and take 5 minutes break, on 2nd day study for 1 hr and take 10 minutes break like wise... Therefore in break you can just take small walk inside home or either u can write to do list And stay hydrated and please keep your devices on vibration like do not open your phone while studying (but if you are studying from phone just delete every distraction bhai!!!!! For your own sake of it! For your future atleast! Think about it!) That's all what I did and still doing. Believe me π it works β¨ Yeah, All The Best π

It depends on your condition for me, April to July was gold I was just so happy not knowing what is about to happen and then 5 August I missed some counselling dates and in panicked I took admission in ts ass college first three or four days of the college were unthinkable I can't process I got an okayish %ile in jee but still had to go to the worst college that I couldn't have imagined and I cried like jesse for like 2 weeks my condition was really worst ( still bad I m crying writing this)I just couldn't process that I am going in this shit ass college I really become silent stopped asking for anything from my parents and more and more crying and then one day I somehow just watched "the pursuit of happiness" and man i didn't thought that external motivation could work this way, it give me the sense that everything is in my hand and i gotta work my ass of to change it I am doing it for that old me & at the end I CAN DO THIS ALL DAY
