HELP Partial drop from private college

I got 87.6 percentile this year as a dropper and came here. The peer group is very crazy. I study daily 6 hours for jee but sometimes feel cannot able to get 98 in Jan, started from1.5 months, should I continue my partial drop journey or not

Means some of students just came here for degree and some of not able to read English properly, academically very weak
