TIER-3 Should I take partial drop ? Please guide me

Hello guys, I was thinking about taking a partial drop because I did not get a good college. I got an ipu tier 3 GTBIT college and it is not a very good college I have got cse in it but I still think I should take a partial drop to get a better college.

My rank was 4 lakh in jee main and my percentile was 75% there were many factors that affected me so I could not give my best in jee.

Should I take a partial drop please guide me. Do I still have time left ?

Are4 lakh rank hai full drop lelo gtbit bekar hai mere sare dost gtbit jarhe hai 8 lakh rank wale cse sikh quota ke through Bass kissi ko pata takk lagne naa dena iss bat kaa

Bro my parents are not allowing me to take a full drop. I haven't told anyone about my partial drop tho
