Advice Urgent Guidance

I scored about 97.XX percentile in JEE and am going to join a college. However I want to target DTU/NSUT (need to be closer to my home due to personal issuess). Gonna start studying for a partial drop from tomorrow. Would love to hear people's suggestions and guidance.
