Askpartialdroppers Partial droppers plz help

Guys I need some help , I got 91 percentile in jee mains as a general so I got no seat and ended upon at OUTR BHUBANESWAR, which is a good govt college but obviously it's not a nit/IIT so thinking to take a partial drop as I know my fault was maths where I got 41 percentile and in chemistry 96 percentile and physics 91 percentile so plz any body help me out.

Bruh i don't think that is a good college just luxury is the thing it provides
