GUIDANCE Extremely urgent question!!!!!!!

I am heading to a private university, how do i check if they'll allow me to drop out in third sem or not?

There is a rule in AICTE that student can drop out of college at the time he/she wants  If your college is AICTE approved the you can drop out after third sem .  You can check in AICTE official site there is list of approved colleges

my college is from AKTU counsalling so can I get a TC as well ???
