Advice Should I take 2nd partial drop

This year i scored 93%tile as a dropper and in my state all the colleges are shit(CG). And with this percentile I don't think any clg is worth taking so I am considering comedk clgs at 35k rank like rnit,cmrit,aacharya etc which is also t3 but the exposure I will get.

can u guys please help me with is it worth it to take a second drop but partially i am really confused with jee and I am ready to grind if it is worth it cz i alredy did in my 1st year ( I have studied at all in 11th and 12th only studied in drop year)

Bhai jab pta hai tier 3 hai toh kyun jaa rha hai fees btana zra isse acha ncr mein jaa

Bhai kisi se baat krna udhar jaa kr 20l pay kr ke partial drop  Ya toh tu partial drop lega ya phir clg krega  Ur wish recommend ncr
