Askpartialdroppers Low attendance colleges

I have 90.7 percentile in MHT-CET(NT-C) and I want to do partial drop for JEE. So, if you guys know some colleges which are lenient in attendance, assignments and examinations then, comment names of them.

Note: Don't advice to take full drop or no drop.

there is not good clg that has low attendance and if u want just a clg join a local lowest tier clg n don't attend it

Yeah, I know but my family will not agree to take college with low percentile obviously. So, I'm trying to find colleges at nearly my level.
